As part of the Campus Dining Team, Restaurant Associates provides food service for Palmer 
House, Prospect House and Café 701. 

Yes, we customize menus for over 10% of our events per year. Please ask your catering 
representative for options; we are always happy to get creative. It is best to share your budget so we can effectively create something wonderful.

Great, it is oftentimes best to share your budget up front so we can properly serve you. Events held at Prospect and Palmer Houses will include house linens, tables & chairs, AC & Heat. There
is no need to coordinate requests to unlock & lock the building.

We are happy to work with you to create your special event to coordinate the menu, rentals and vendor suggestions.

We do not hold a liquor license so you may bring your own. The catering representative is happy to help with organizing delivery.

Both houses provide a warm atmosphere and any décor from simple to over the top works well. We are happy to provide you suggestions for local florists and designers. We do not permit items to be attached to walls, any ground scattering (rice, petals etc.) or open flames.

Members (Full-time and retired faculty & staff) and non-members (graduate Students and alumni) are welcome to host a truly social affair (wedding, birthday, mitzvah etc.) at Prospect House for themselves or to honor an immediate family member (domestic partner, grandparent, spouse, sibling, child, and grandchild).

We are happy to accommodate your guest(s) the best we can. While we have best practices in place, we do prepare all of our food in the same kitchen and with the same equipment therefore there is a risk of cross contamination. Please discuss in detail your guest(s) needs with your catering representative.

Palmer House provides a daily complimentary continental breakfast to overnight guests. If you will be having someone join you in the morning for breakfast please let the Innkeeper know so we can plan accordingly. The charge is $10 per person.

Our room rate is $180 a night based on the room and not occupancy. The house has two rooms which have two double beds. Please specify if you need one of these rooms. We also have a cot and a pack and play which can be rented for a $50 one-time fee.

We do not have an exercise room. However, the Innkeeper can suggest a local fitness club or arrangements can be made through your host department to use Dillon Gym at the University. Princeton is also a terrific place to go for a jog on the towpath or around town.

The Dining Room has a deployable 60” television that is suitable for your presentation needs (client must provide their own laptop). Please make arrangements with AV Services if you require equipment in other areas of Palmer House.
