Prospect House, Palmer House and Café 701 are managed by Restaurant Associates. RA is dedicated to being at the forefront of sustainability, as well as taking social and environmental responsibility at all of these venues. We are aware that our thoughts and actions directly impact not only our customers, but a much larger community. Because of this, we have taken steps to continually improve how we run our business, serve our guests, and preserve our natural resources. We are determined to impact both the health and wellness of our guests and the quality of our community and the environment. We have instituted the following initiatives and are continually researching new eco-friendly practices and policies:
- Local Food
We work with local farmers and produce distributors to provide our guests with the freshest seasonal foods while supporting our local communities.
- Sustainable Seafood
We are continually looking to increase our use of sustainable seafood products.
- Organic Food
We carry a large variety of organic produce and recognize the importance and high regard for organic needs.
- Cage-free Shell Eggs
We use only cage-free shell eggs from hens that have not been confined to battery cages.
